How do I return an item?

If you find out that your House of Shroom merchandise does not fit, or you would like a different item or size, please email us by using the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of this webpage.  You may be eligible for a free, pre-paid return label.  Products & orders purchased at discounted pricing are not eligible for a free return label.

 When you email us, please provide your order number (if known) and/or the purchaser’s full name with instructions and the reason for your exchange or refund.  The typical turnaround time for returns or exchanges is 3 - 5 business days once we receive the item(s).

 For all returns & exchanges, please fill out the information on the back of our return form and include it with your return.  This form is available for download HERE.

Exchanges:  Please be sure to indicate the new item(s) or size(s) you would like. We will be happy to ship the exchange items to you at no additional cost.  Items must be in original condition and must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Returns for Refund:  Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt and confirmation of their condition. Items must be in original condition and must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or defective upon delivery. If we are unable to exchange or refund the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue store credit to use on the website in lieu of a refund.  Items purchased from our “Last Call” or clearance sections cannot be refunded.  Only exchanges or store credit are allowed for these items.  Also, in lieu of a refund, you may also request a store credit for the value of the product you are returning.  If requesting a store credit, we will issue a credit for the value of the product(s) returned, plus an additional $5.00 to assist with your return shipping costs, if you did not already qualify for a free return label.

** Items that have been purchased online through the House of Shroom website can only be returned or exchanged through the House of Shroom, not through your local restaurant.
